This section defines your OfficePower fonts, and maps them to a DCM
internal number.
The number ranges define fonts as fixed pitch, and proportional
serif and sans serif fonts.
Font height and associated line-spacing values are expressed as 1/72"
If this section is absent DCM defaults to the system font.
