  5. all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, 
  6. the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The 
  7. author assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which 
  8. may result from the use of ACTION Process Automator(TM)."

  10. ACTION Process Automator(TM) is a "shareware program" and is provided at 
  11. no charge to the user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your 
  12. friends, but please do not give it away altered or as part of another 
  13. system.  The essence of "user-supported" software is to provide personal 
  14. computer users with quality software without high prices, and yet to 
  15. provide incentive for programmers to continue to develop new products.

  17. If you find this program useful and find that you are using ACTION 
  18. Process Automator(TM) and continue to use ACTION Process Automator(TM) 
  19. after a reasonable trial period, you must make a registration payment 
  20. of $79.50 to Redei Enterprises. The $79.50 registration fee will 
  21. license one copy for use on any one computer at any one time. You must 
  22. treat this software just like a book. An example is that this software 
  23. may be used by any number of people and may be freely moved from one 
  24. computer location to another, so long as there is no possibility of 
  25. it being used at one location while it's being used at another.
  26. Just as a book cannot be read by two different persons at the same time.

  28. Commercial users of ACTION Process Automator(TM) must register and pay 
  29. for their copies of ACTION Process Automator(TM) within 30 days of 
  30. first use or their license is withdrawn. Site-License arrangements may 
  31. be made by contacting Redei Enterprises.

  33. Anyone distributing ACTION Process Automator(TM) for any kind of 
  34. remuneration must first contact Redei Enterprises at the address in the 
  35. REDEI.TXT file for authorization.This authorization will be automatically
  36. granted to distributors recognized by the (ASP) as adhering to its 
  37. guidelines for shareware distributors, and such distributors may begin 
  38. offering ACTION Process Automator(TM) immediately (However Redei 
  39. Enterprises must still be advised so that the distributor can be kept 
  40. up-to-date with the latest version of ACTION Process Automator(TM)).

  42. You are encouraged to pass a copy of ACTION Process Automator(TM) along 
  43. to your friends for evaluation. Please encourage them to register their 
  44. copy if they find that they can use it. All registered users will receive 
  45. a copy of the latest version of the ACTION Process Automator(TM) system.
