=================
This is just what you need. Really!
Ever found yourself staring at that dull old
Windows screen wondering just what could help
you out of this bland background depression?
Ever wondered why your World Wide Web page
just ain't drawing the crowds like you know it
deserves?
Growing oh-so-tired of creating that same old
'3 metallic spheres surrounded by a chess-board
landscape' on your favourite 3D package?
So what is the Solution?
=======================
What you need is a superb selection of 100x100
256 colour Windows Bitmaps.
50 varied, weird and wild enchanting patterns
tile seamlessly to create interesting, yet stylish
screen-fulls of pure joy.
(I should have been in marketing!)
Okay, you've convinced me. How much does it cost?
================================================
Well, Brain Soup comes under one of those funny
little terms that ends with '-ware'. No corporate
license insisting you stop using Brain Soup after
30 days have passed. You can happily use every
single one of these backgrounds for the rest of
your natural life and not even send a penny.
But, if you feel that you've really got some use
out of Brain Soup and that you think the artist
who tirelessly created them deserves encouragement
then please send 5 UKP (or your countries
equivalent) to the address at the bottom of this
document.
And the catch is?
================
No catch, just a couple of guidelines.
1> The Brain Soup Collection should in no way be
altered or manipulated.
2> If you decide to use a Brain Soup background
on your WWW page, please place an attribution
to the Collection somewhere on your page. (In a
smallish font, near the bottom would be fine).
3> If you do use any of the Brain Soup Collection
or you just have a few suggestions or feedback
feel free to contact me by Email. I'd love to
see your WWW page where you've used Brain
Soup.
Notes.
=====
The Brain Soup backgrounds were created using a
PC computer running a mix of Deluxe Paint Enhanced
and Adobe Photoshop 3. Both excellent packages and
come extremely recommended by me.
If there is enough interest in Brain Soup, and
I dig up some more wacky image manipulation tools
then there may be further Brain Soup Collections
so if there is anything you want to see, put your
suggestions forward now.
Donations of small image manipulation tools will
be happily accepted :-)
