  4. Description:  ZipShell Pro 4.1 is a powerful archive manager
  5. for Windows.  It manipulates ZIP, ARJ, LZH and ARC files via
  6. a simple user interface in a way that isolates the user from
  7. many of the complexities associated with archive management.

  10.    *  Create, add to, extract, view and delete files in archives.
  11.    *  Built-in processing for zipping and unzipping operations.
  12.       PKUNZIP or PKZIP are not needed for most functions.
  13.    *  Built-in extraction of ARJ archives.  ARJ.EXE is only needed
  14.       for compression of ARJ archives, or for special functions.
  15.    *  Convert archives between types (from ARJ to ZIP, for example)
  16.       or between versions (from ZIP 1.10 to ZIP 2.04, for example),
  17.       with a single command.
  18.    *  Support for self-extracting archives in ZIP, ARJ and LZH
  19.       formats.
  20.    *  Support for multi-disk ZIP archives.
  21.    *  Create Windows self-extracting archives from any standard
  22.       ZIP archive.  Resulting WinSFX file are stand-alone
  23.       Windows executables, yet retain 100% compatibility with
  24.       PKZIP and PKUNZIP 2.04.
  25.    *  View and edit archive comments for ZIP and ARJ archives.

  29.    *  386 or better processor with 4MB or greater RAM

  31.    *  the file VBRUN300.DLL (if you don't have access to this file,
  32.       it may be obtained from NewVision free of charge)

  34. Registration:  ZipShell Pro is shareware.  That means that users are
  35. allowed an evaluation period in which to try the software to decide 
  36. if it is right for them.  If a user continues to use the software 
  37. after the evaluation period has expired, it must be registered with
