  6. You should carefully read all of the following terms and conditions
  7. before using this software.  Your use of this software indicates 
  8. your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

  12. You are not permitted to reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise
  13. attempt to discover the source code to WinPack or WinPack Deluxe.
  14.  
  15. Shareware Version
  16.  
  17.    This is not free software.  You may use this software for 
  18. 30 days, with no charge or penalties.  If you use WinPack after 
  19. the 30 day period you are required to register. Unregistered 
  20. use of WinPack after the 30-day evaluation period is in 
  21. violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

  23. Distribution

  25. As long as you are distributing the unmodified shareware version... and not 
  26. the  REGISTERED version you may make as many copies  as you wish.  You 
  27. must keep all the files intact. You may not make changes to any of the 
  28. text files, or modify the .EXE or .HLP files.

  31. You may not charge or request any form of payment from any copies you
  32. may make of this program.  You may not distribute this product with
  33. other products without written permission from RetroSpect.  ASP
  34. (Assosiation of Shareware Professionals) approved disk vendors are 
  35. permitted to redistribute the WinPack Shareware version, as long as 
  36. their customers are informed that RetroSpect is due payment upon their
  37. continued use of the product past 30days.

  40. Registered & Deluxe Version

  42. Users owning the REGISTERED or DELUXE version of WinPack, are free to
  43. use the software on one or more computers as long as the OWNER is the
  44. only one using the software or the REGISTERED and DELUXE version may be
  45. used on one computer by muliple users, as long as it is only on one
  46. computer.  Users on a network may not access the REGISTERED or DELUXE
  47. version unless they have a license to do so.

  50. Governing Law

  52. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  53. Oklahoma.

  55. Disclaimer of Warranty

  57. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  58. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  59. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Because of the
  60. various hardware and software environments into which WinPack or
  61. WinPack Deluxe may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR 
  62. PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

  64. The USER of WinPack and Winpack Deluxe must assume the entire risk 
  65. of using the program.  ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED 
  66. EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT.
