  4. This is the first release of TechGraf, a Windows 3.1 program for 
  5. producing xy and xyyy line and scatter plots.  In addition to generating
  6. presentation quality charts, TechGraf also includes many data analysis 
  7. features.

  25. Enhanced OLE 1 client

  27. The package also includes TechType, an OLE server for editing and displaying
  28. formatted text, which can display and print rotated text in any OLE client.

  31. This package may be redistributed, as long as no fee is charged for the 
  32. distribution, and the following files are included without modification:

  42. INSTALLATION:
  43. Run the install program from the File|Run menu on File 
  44. Manager or Program Manager.

  46. Enter the source and destination directories (Install will create the 
  47. destination directory if necessary)
