  9. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  10. before using this software.

  12. Shareware Version
  13.  
  14. You are hereby licensed to: use the Shareware Version of the
  15. software for a 30 day evaluation period; make as many copies of
  16. the Shareware version of this software and documentation as you
  17. wish; give exact copies of the original Shareware version to
  18. anyone; and distribute the Shareware version of the software and
  19. documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means.  There
  20. is no charge for any of the above.

  22. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  23. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  24. distributing the software and/or documentation with other
  25. products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written
  26. permission, with one exception: Disk Vendors approved by the
  27. Association of Shareware Professionals are permitted to
  28. redistribute AceCom, subject to the conditions in this license,
  29. without specific written permission.

  31. Unregistered use of AceCom after the 30-day evaluation period is
  32. in violation of federal copyright laws.

  34. Evaluation and Registration

  36. This is not free software.  This license allows you to use this
  37. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of
  38. 30 days.  If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation
  39. period a registration fee of $39.95 +$5 s&h is required.  Payments
  40. must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank, and should be sent to MGP
  41. Software, Box 301 C Route 3, Detroit Lakes, MN 56501.  Credit
  42. card ordering and quantity discounts are available, as described
  43. in the section Ordering Information/Order Form.  When payment is
  44. received you will be sent a registered copy of the latest version
  45. of AceCom.

  47. One registered copy of AceCom may either be used by a single
  48. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  49. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  50. multiple people, but not both.

  52. You may access the registered version of AceCom through a
  53. network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for
  54. the software covering all workstations that will access the
  55. software through the network.

  57. Governing Law

  59. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  60. Minnesota.

  62. Disclaimer of Warranty

  64. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  65. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
