  1.                                                                         Safety  Hot Weather-3                 You need more water - so do they. See to it.                                                                                                                                                                                                              Safety  Cold Weather-1                Indoor dogs don't grow coats as thick as outdoor dogs. Consider how long you would like to stay out without a thick coat.                                                                                                                                 Safety  Cold Weather-2                Salt on icy roads burn your dog's feet. Have you thought about that?  Chemical salt is also poison.                                                                                                                                                       Safety  Jogging-1                     Consider your dog's health. Would you run a marathon if you were sick?  Also consider gradually increasing distances to build his stamina.                                                                                                                Safety  Jogging-2                     Unless your dog has running shoes, consider more grass and less concrete. He'll thank you for it.                                                                                                                                                         Safety  Jogging-3                     In general, only run where you'd run if you were in your bare feet.                                                                                                                                                                                       Safety  Biking                        Sure you're just cruising slowly but look how fast those little legs have to move to keep up.                                                                                                                                                             Safety  Swimming-1                    Dogs do drown, contrary to popular belief. So watch the little rascal and don't foolishly throw him in the deep. You may never see him again.                                                                                                             Safety  Swimming-2                    If your dog hates this stuff, that's fine. I hate it, too.                                                                                                                                                                                                Safety  Swimming-3                    At the beach, make sure you wash off the salt water afterwards. You do that for yourself, right?                                                                                                                                                          Safety  Garbage-1                     If you stuff your face into a garbage can and start eating, you'll probably suffer. So will your dog. Keep this stuff way from them.                                                                                                                      Safety  Garbage-2                     Dogs think garbage is cool but you know better, so keep this stuff where he/she can't get to it, please.                                                                                                                                                  Safety  Poisons-1                     Antifreeze with an Ethylene Glycol base is very poisonous to dogs. They may think it's sweet and cool to lick it up off the road or driveway.                                                                                                             Safety  Poisons-2                     Would you injest toilet bowl cleaner straight from the toilet?  No?  Don't let your pet in there.                                                                                                                                                         Safety  Electricity                   Teething puppies sometimes like to chew electrical cords that are plugged in.  Ouch!  Nobody explained electricity to them.                                                                                                                               Safety  Toys-1                        If they can chew it off, they can swallow it and choke to death. Toys with cute little ribbons and buttons could kill your dog.                                                                                                                           Safety  Toys-2                        Painted toys could be dangerous. Paint is not good for dogs or humans to eat.                                                                                                                                                                             Safety  Toys-3
