  9.     The IconDar Program is copyright (C) Lior Messinger (1995) and
  10.     is protected by Israel Copyright Law and International Treaty
  11.     provisions.  All rights are reserved. Non-registered users of IconDar 
  12.     are licensed ONLY to use the program on an EVALUATION basis
  13.     for the sole purpose of determining whether or not it meets their
  14.     requirements.  All other use requires registration.

  16.     Any other use of non-registered copies of IconDar by any
  17.     person, BUSINESS, CORPORATION, OR GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION, or any OTHER
  18.     entity is strictly forbidden and is a violation of this license
  19.     agreement.

  21.     Registration permits a user a license to use IconDar on a
  22.     single computer.

  24.     All end users are granted a limited license to copy IconDar  
  25.     for the trial use of other end users, with the following additional
  26.     conditions:

  28.     IconDar must be distributed in unmodified, complete form,
  29.     including this license agreement, the distributing company or entity
  30.     must be under license of Lior Messinger.
  31.  
  32.     IconDar may NOT be distributed in conjunction with any other
  33.     product, HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE without express written permission from
  34.     Lior Messinger.
  35.  
  36.     Lior Messinger makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or
  37.     implied, including without limitation, any warranties of
  38.     merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose.  
  39.     Lior Messinger shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct,
  40.     indirect, special or consequential arising from a failure of this
  41.     program to operate in the manner desired by the user.  Lior
  42.     Messinger will not be liable for any damage to data or property
  43.     which may be caused directly or indirectly by use of the program.

  45.     IN NO EVENT WILL LIOR MESSINGER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES,
  46.     INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR
  47.     CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE
  48.     PROGRAM, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.

  50.     The License Agreement and Warranty shall be construed, interpreted and
  51.     governed by the laws of the state of Israel.
