  1. Get Organized(GO) Version 5.5 for Windows - Group Scheduler

  5. You have in your possession a demo copy of the newest MS 
  6. Windows version of our group scheduler.  This copy is fully 
  7. functional, but as a demo is limited to a maximum of 15
  8. users.  GO can support up to 700 users per single server.  
  9. With the Cross Server option (available with the site 
  10. license), GO can support a maximum of 700 users per server.
  11.  
  12. Some of GO's features include;
  13.  
  14.    - support for Pegasus mail (to PMail and from PMail)
  15.    - 9 frequencies available for group/recurring event
  16.      scheduling
  17.    - "AutoSchedule" events (GO selects a suitable 
  18.      date/time)
  19.    - search and global search facilities
  20.  
  21. New features to Version 5.5 include;
  22.  
  23.    - improved scheduling interface (click on From Date,
  24.      To Date, Start and End buttons)
  25.    - CallBack (a.k.a. Recall) feature
  26.    - optionally delete one or all dates of a recurring
  27.      event.
  28.    - launch other Apps from within GO (each user can define
  29.      the Apps that they want).

  40. The following summarizes the license agreements that are 
  41. available with Get Organized.  
  42.  
  43.         THESE DO NOT APPLY TO THE DEMO VERSION!!
  44.  
  45. Standard License:  The standard license is similar to most 
  46. software licensing agreements.  In a nutshell, you can 
  47. install the software (GO) on one computer only and you may 
  48. make one backup copy.  The number of users supported 
  49. depends upon the configuration that was ordered (see the 
  50. file ORDER.FRM for more details).  A site license CANNOT be
  51. acquired without a standard license.
  52.  
  53. Site License: An optional site license is available, in 
  54. addition to the to the standard license, for $1,800.00 (CDN).  
  55. The license offers (i)the capability of supporting multiple 
  56. servers (referred to in GO as XS Processing) and (ii) the 
  57. right to install GO on any, and all, CPU's that belong to 
  58. the individual or organization that GO is licensed to.  
  59. The maximum number of users per CPU is dependent upon the 
  60. number of users that GO was configured for under the 
  61. standard license agreement.

  64. This is expected to be the last version written for the
  65. Microsoft Windows V3.x environment.  A new 32 bit version
  66. for Windows '95 is expected to be available in the first
  67. quarter of 1996.
