  1.             License Agreement

  3. Teco LTD grants you a nonexclusive license to use the accompanying software 
  4. program(s) - the APPLICATION - subject to the terms and restrictions set
  5. forth in this License Agreement.  You are not permitted to lease, rent,
  6. distribute or sublicense the APPLICATION or to use the APPLICATION in a
  7. time-sharing arrangement or in any other unauthorized manner.

  9. This license will expire 10 years from the date that you first use 
  10. the APPLICATION, if it is not earlier terminated.  You may terminate it
  11. at any time by destroying the APPLICATION and documentation together with
  12. all copies and merged portions in any form.  It will also terminate
  13. immediately if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this
  14. License Agreement.  Upon such termination you agree to destroy the
  15. APPLICATION and documentation, together with all copies and merged
  16. portions in any form.

  18. The APPLICATION is protected by the Hungarian and the international law.
