  2. An important tradeoff in making web movies is balancing the number of frames per second (frame rate) with the image quality of each frame.

  4. As you improve the image quality, you must lower the frame rate to keep the data rate constant.

  6. If you desire smoother motion (higher frame rates) you must reduce the image quality.

  8. Click on the movie you prefer, then press the 'Continue' button.
