  6. The i-Sound is shareware. This means:

  8. All copyrights to i-Sound are exclusively owned by AbyssMedia.com

  10. This is not free software. You are hereby licensed to use this 
  11. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a 100 seconds 
  12. of audio recording. If you want use this software without limitations 
  13. a registration fee of $29.95 is required.

  15. One registered copy of i-Sound may either be used by a single person 
  16. who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed 
  17. on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but 
  18. not both.

  20. The i-Sound unregistered shareware version may be freely distributed, 
  21. provided the distribution package is not modified. You are hereby 
  22. licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation version of i-Sound 
  23. as you wish. Give exact copies of the original evaluation version to 
  24. anyone, and distribute the evaluation version of i-Sound in its 
  25. unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of 
  26. the above.

  28. The registered version of i-Sound may not be rented or leased, but may 
  29. be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms 
  30. of this license.

  32. i-Sound IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR 
  33. IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR 
  34. DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE 
  35. USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  37. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, 
  38. decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the 
  39. licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as 
  40. provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result 
  41. in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result 
  42. in criminal and civil prosecution.

  44. Installing and using i-Sound signifies acceptance of these terms and

  46. license you must remove i-Sound files from your storage devices and
