~_Basic Program Overview
BOOMBox Internet Radio Player is a small application to help you find online radio stations that interest you. It has a full suite or catergorizing, searching, and filtering by bitrate (connection speed) to find that certain type of music your looking for. It includes a favorites database, and options to make our program work for your needs. We also included a recorder so you can record songs off the station your currently listening to and a keyboard shortcut to not miss a second of the song.

You expressly agree that the use of this SOFTWARE is at your own risk. The SOFTWARE is provided on an ôAs Isö basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties that it is free of defects and errors, fit for a particular purpose, or non-infringing. JAJSoft reserves the right to periodically update and/or upgrade the software at the company's discretion. Your installation of the software indicates your acceptance of potential future updates and/or upgrades to the software. The information and services provided by the software and/or JAJSoft are similarly provided on an ôAs Isö basis, without warranty of any kind. The accuracy and reliability of any information content or services provided by the software and or JAJSoft should be independently verified by you as the user prior to making purchase decisions and or any other decisions based on such information content and services.

AdVision does NOT assemble personally identifiable profiles of AdVision users and personally identifiable information is not required in order to use the JAJSoft software. On the first load of the SOFTWARE it connects to the server and registers that a SINGLE copy has been successfully installed. It does NOT personally identify you in any way shape or form during the registration process and absolutely NO personally identifiable (name address or email address) information is stored.
Functionality
AdVision does NOT at this current time but reserves the right to at a later timer at our own discretion to show users relevant contextual information and offers as they surf the Web. At this current time we will show offers we believe will be of interest to users of all kinds of users and absolutely no user information is used in the process of selecting which ad will be shown. At this current time we do not collect any kind of information from the user be it personally identifiable or users surfing habits, websites or search terms used, either locally or on our central server. We do however reserve the right to collect users surfing habit, websites, and search terms used in a non-personally identifiable way in the future at our own discretion.
We reserve the right to change any area of this agreement at any time at our discretion. It is up to you (the user) to keep up to date on the terms of use of JAJSoft software. However should we chose to make privacy changes in this agreement you will be given the option to discontinue our service. You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting ALL files associated with our software from your computer.
