- The Microtek PageWiz has been designed and engineered to be easy to use. Virtually
- every technical or operational question you may have can be found in the enclosed
- Quick Installation Guide, User's manual or on the Troubleshooting file located on
- the PageWiz software disk which also contains the latest list of most commonly
- asked questions and trouble-shooting tips.

- o Microtek Web page
- You can now access the Microtek Web page by typing http://www.mteklab.com.
- There, you can find the latest drivers and troubleshooting tips regarding
- all microtek scanners including PageWiz.

- o The AutoTech fax back system
- The AutoTech fax-back is a 24-hour automated system that provides information to
- anyone with access to a fax machine. With the AutoTech, you can receive information
- on product literature, software, troubleshooting tips, and an index of specific topics.
- To use the AutoTech, call 310-297-5101 from a regular phone, then enter a document
- number or press 1 to request an index of documents, and enter your fax number. The
- document will then be faxed to your fax machine automatically after you hang up the
- phone. For latest information and the most common problems and questions, ask
- for document number 160 when calling the fax back system.

- o Bulletin Board Service (BBS)
- The Microtek BBS is open 24 hours a day and can be accessed by anyone with a
- modem. The BBS provides software drivers, patch files, and other relevant
- information. To access the Microtek BBS, call 310-297-5102.

- o Regular technical support
- For regular technical support for PageWiz, call 310-297-5052, Monday to Friday,
- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Regular PageWiz technical support is provided
- free of charge. As with any free support service, and depending on time of day, your
- hold time can be longer than expected. If you require more immediate assistance,
- Priority Technical Support is also available (see details below).
