  5. This release adds support for two new models: Epson Stylus Pro
  6. and Epson Stylus Pro XL.
  7.  
  8. It also includes new feature support for the Epson Stylus Color
  9. printer including:
  10.  
  11.   o  720 dpi printing
  12.   o  Microweave on/off is now selectable from the driver UI
  13.   o  High Speed printing on/off is now selectable from the 
  14.      driver UI.
  15.  
  16. Known issues with Version 3.30.
  17. -------------------------------
  18.  o Occasionally when printing on some paper sizes an extra
  19.    blank page will be printed. This will only occur when the
  20.    requested print area is very close to the maximum printable
  21.    area supported by the printer.
  22.  
  23.  o 720dpi on the Epson Stylus Color,  Epson Stylus Pro, and
  24.    Epson Stylus Pro XL printers should only be used when 
  25.    printing to Epson "Special Coated Paper for 720 dpi Printing".
  26.    Printing on other paper types at this resolution may result 
  27.    in ink bleeding through the paper and building up inside the 
  28.    printer. See your printer manual for more details.

  31. Installation Instructions
  32. -------------------------
  33. By using the following Windows NT Driver Library
  34. (the "Software"), you are hereby agreeing to the
  35. included license agreement.  Please review the
  36. file LICENSE.TXT.

  38. Installing a Printer Driver
  39. ---------------------------------
  40. 1.  In the Main group, choose the Control Panel
  41.     icon.
  42.  
  43. 2.  In Control Panel, choose the Print Manager
  44.     icon.  The Print Manager opens.  From the
  45.     Printer menu option, choose "Create
  46.     Printer...".
  47.     
  48. 3.  The Create Printer dialog box appears. 
  49.     Expand the "Driver:" drop-down list by
  50.     clicking on its down arrow.  Scroll to the
  51.     bottom of the list and select "Other...". 
  52.  
  53. 4.  The Install Driver dialog will appear.
  54.     Either insert the disk you made during the
  55.     downloading procedure, or type the path of
  56.     the directory where you downloaded the
  57.     driver.  Then choose the OK button.
  58.  
  59. 5.  A Select Driver dialog box appears, listing
  60.     one or more printers.
  61.  
  62. 6.  In the "Printer Driver:" list, select the
  63.     printer you want and choose the OK button.
  64.  
  65. 7.  Windows NT copies the needed file(s) and
  66.     returns you to the "Create Printer" dialog
  67.     box.
  68.  
  69. 8.  Fill in the rest of the information fields
  70.     and choose OK.

  73.     printer, see the section for the Print
  74.     Manager in the "Microsoft Windows NT System
  75.     Guide."
