  5. Magic Notes is a quick and easy way to organize your notes right on your 
  6. desktop. Use Magic Notes to remind you of events with its powerful alarm 
  7. functionality or customize your notes to how YOU want them to look. No need to 
  8. remember to save or have your notes take up valuable screen screen. Magic Notes 
  9. also includes several functions to organize your notes on screen or even hide 
  10. them temporarily from your desktop.

  12. Magic Notes is even easier to use under Windows 95/98 and NT 4.0 with a taskbar 
  13. icon for easy access and with added adherence to the Windows 95/98 look and feel.

  15. Magic Notes is also 100% environmentally friendly and completely recyclable.

  17. Minimum requirements for Magic Notes are an 80486 processor running Windows 95 
  18. or better with 4MB of memory and preferably a 256 color video adapter.

  20. Instructions on using Magic Notes can be found in the Windows help file, 
  21. available after you run setup program.

  23. LICENCE.TXT contains the Magic Notes license and disclaimer that you agree to 
  24. abide by when using or distributing the Magic Notes software package.

  26. The Magic Notes software package is distributed as shareware.  The UNREGISTERED 
  27. version is for evaluation purposes only.

  29. You may use the evaluation copy of Magic Notes for 45 days. If you find Magic 
  30. Notes to be a useful tool and wish to continue using it beyond the 45-day 
  31. evaluation period, you must register your copy by going to the Magic Notes
  32. web site at (http://www.magicnotes.com).

  34. Upon receipt of your registration, you will receive your personal registration code,
  35. which disables the opening shareware screen and allows free upgrades until the major
  36. new version.

  44. Unzip the files in this archive and run MNSETUP.EXE program from within Windows. 
  45. The setup program will automatically detect which operating system you're 
  46. running on.

  49.                            Uninstall instructions

  52. Magic Notes comes with an uninstall option accessible via the Control Panel
  53. Add/Remove programs under Windows95/98/NT4.0/2000/XP. The uninstall will remove
  54. all executable and data files except for your saved notes. If you which to
  55. completely remove it you need to remove the directory where you installed
  56. the program (normally C:\Program Files\Magic Notes).
