  10. Your use of Neat Image software indicates that you accept this license agreement:

  13. - Use the Demo edition of Neat Image free of charge for non-commercial purposes.

  15. - Copy and distribute the Demo edition of Neat Image.
  16.  
  17. - Purchase a license for Neat Image Home, Home+, Pro, or Pro+ edition to 
  18.   become a registered user of the software.
  19.  
  20. - Run one (or more, up to the number specified in the license) instance(s) of 
  21.   Neat Image Home, Home+, Pro, or Pro+ at a time for commercial and other 
  22.   purposes (for registered users only).

  24. YOU MAY NOT
  25. - Sublicense, rent, lease or sell any version/edition of Neat Image software 
  26.   or any portion of it.

  28. - Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify any version/edition of 
  29.   Neat Image or any portion of it.

  31. - Copy, share or distribute the Home, Home+, Pro, or Pro+ edition of Neat Image 
  32.   software or license data.

  34. - Use the Home, Home+, Pro, or Pro+ edition of Neat Image if you are not 
  35.   registered user.

  37. TERM AND TERMINATION
  38. You may terminate this license agreement at any time by returning or destroying 
  39. all copies of Neat Image in your possession and notifying the Neat Image team. 
  40. This license agreement will terminate immediately if you infringe upon ABSoft's 
  41. copyrights or breach this agreement.

  43. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
  44. The authors make no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with 
  45. respect to this software, its quality, accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for 
  46. a particular purpose. This software is provided "as is", and you, its user, assume 
  47. the entire risk as to its quality and accuracy.

  49. DISTRIBUTION
  50. The Demo edition of Neat Image may be distributed unmodified provided any 
  51. charge is to cover distribution costs only. The Demo edition of Neat Image may be 
  52. placed on magazine CDs, etc. as long as the Neat Image team is informed.
