  2.  ASTON - PRODUCT LICENSE INFORMATION

  4.  NOTICE TO USERS: CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING
  5. LEGAL AGREEMENT. USE OF THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED
  6. WITH THIS AGREEMENT (THE "SOFTWARE") CONSTITUTES
  7. YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT
  8. AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT
  9. INSTALL AND/OR USE THIS SOFTWARE. USER'S USE OF
  10. THIS SOFTWARE IS CONDITIONED UPON COMPLIANCE BY
  11. USER WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

  13.  1. LICENSE GRANT.
  14.  Oleg Bulychov and Nick Egorov (Gladiators
  15. Software) grants you a license to use one copy
  16. of this SOFTWARE on any one system for as many
  17. licenses as you purchase. "You" means the
  18. company, entity or individual whose funds are
  19. used to pay the license fee. "Use" means
  20. storing, loading, installing, executing or
  21. displaying the SOFTWARE. You may not modify the
  22. SOFTWARE or disable any licensing or control
  23. features of the SOFTWARE except as an intended
  24. part of the SOFTWARE's programming features.
  25. When you first obtain a copy of the SOFTWARE,
  26. you are granted a program with some limitations.
  27. To release those limitations you must pay for
  28. the SOFTWARE according to the terms and prices
  29. discussed in the SOFTWARE's documentation. This
  30. license is not transferrable to any other
  31. system, or to another organization or
  32. individual. You are expected to use the SOFTWARE
  33. on your system and to thoroughly evaluate its
  34. usefulness and functionality before making a
  35. purchase. This "try before you buy" approach is
  36. the ultimate guarantee that the SOFTWARE will
  37. perform to your satisfaction; therefore, you
  38. understand and agree that there is no refund
  39. policy for any purchase of the SOFTWARE.

  41.  If you accept the terms and conditions of this
  42. license agreement, you have certain rights and
  43. obligations as follow:

  45.  YOU  MAY:
  46. - Install and use one copy of SOFTWARE on a 
  47. single computer.
  48. - Install a second copy of the SOFTWARE on a
  49. second computer only if you are the main user
  50. of this computer (laptop for example).
  51. - Create one copy of SOFTWARE for backup 
  52. purposes.

  54.  By purchasing this SOFTWARE you obtain a right
  55. to get all of its future versions and updates
  56. free of charge.
  57.  
  58.  YOU MAY NOT:
  59. - Sublicense,  rent or give to temporary
  60. use this SOFTWARE without a written permission
  61. of GS.
  62. - Change algorithm, decompile, disassemble,
  63. modify, translate or make attempts to reveal
  64. this SOFTWARE's source code.
  65. - Make this SOFTWARE a basis of your own
  66. creations or software.
  67. - Take payment for distribution of this
  68. SOFTWARE.
  69. - Include this SOFTWARE into any other software
  70. products.
  71. - Use this SOFTWARE on more, than one
  72. computers.
  73. - Give your license key to other person.
  74. - Upload or transmit the SOFTWARE, or any
  75. portion thereof, to any electronic bulletin
  76. board, network, or other type of multi-use
  77. computer system regardless.

  79.  2. OWNERSHIP.
  80.  The SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by
  81. Gladiators Software. Your license confers no
  82. title or ownership in the SOFTWARE and should
  83. not be construed as a sale of any right in the
  84. SOFTWARE.

  86.  3. COPYRIGHT. 
  87.  The SOFTWARE is protected by Russia copyright
  88. law and international treaty provisions. You
  89. acknowledge that no title to the intellectual
  90. property in the SOFTWARE is transferred to you.
  91. You further acknowledge that title and full
  92. ownership rights to the SOFTWARE will remain the
  93. exclusive property of Gladiators Software and
  94. you will not acquire any rights to the SOFTWARE
  95. except as expressly set forth in this license.
  96. You agree that any copies of the SOFTWARE will
  97. contain the same proprietary notices which
  98. appear on and in the SOFTWARE.

  100.  4. THEME COPYRIGHT.
  101.  All graphics are considered the property of the
  102. Theme Author. Gladiators Software does not
  103. assume any ownership of user submitted
  104. materials. All media contained within Aston
  105. Themes are copyright the respective Theme
  106. Author. Any unauthorised use is forbidden
  107. without the express consent ot the Theme Author.

  109.  5. REVERSE ENGINEERING.
  110.  You agree that you will not attempt to reverse
  111. compile, modify, translate, or disassemble the
  112. SOFTWARE in whole or in part.
  113.  
  114.  6. NO OTHER WARRANTIES.
  115.  GLADIATORS SOFTWARE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE
  116. SOFTWARE IS ERROR FREE. GLADIATORS SOFTWARE
  117. DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO
  118. THE SOFTWARE, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
  119. INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES
  120. OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
  121. PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY
  122. RIGHTS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE
  123. EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS
  124. ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY MAY LAST, OR THE
  125. EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR
  126. CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS
  127. OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS
  128. WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU
  129. MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM
  130. JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.

  132.  7. SEVERABILITY.
  133.  In the event of invalidity of any provision of
  134. this license, the parties agree that such
  135. invalidity shall not affect the validity of the
  136. remaining portions of this license.

  138.  8. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
  139.  IN NO EVENT SHALL GLADIATORS SOFTWARE OR ITS
  140. SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY
  141. CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT
  142. DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF THE DELIVERY,
  143. PERFORMANCE OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF
  144. GLADIATORS SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
  145. POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL
  146. GLADIATORS SOFTWARE'S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM,
  147. WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF
  148. LIABILITY, EXCEED THE LICENSE FEE PAID BY YOU,
  149. IF ANY.

  151.  9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT.
  152.  This is the entire agreement between you and
  153. Gladiators Software which supersedes any prior
  154. agreement or understanding, whether written or
  155. oral, relating to the subject matter of this
  156. license.
