  11. provider tell you that you don't need to know this value, tell him that
  12. some your software requires to know it. The first nameserver is required,
  13. the second optional. The IP adderss of DNS is <B>never 0.0.0.0 !</B> The
  14. only case when you don't need DNS is when you are surfing the Web using
  15. HTTP proxy server, and when this proxy is defined using the <I>numerical</I>
  16. IP address - not as the proxy server <I>name</I>. (You can specify HTTP proxy
  17. server later..)
