  7. within this license document as "PurgeIE".

  9. LICENSE AGREEMENT.  You should carefully read the following terms and
  10. conditions before using this software.  Unless you have a different
  11. License Agreement signed by Assistance and Resources for Computing,
  12. Inc., your use of this software you indicates your acceptance of this
  13. License Agreement and Warranty.  The terms of this License, as well as
  14. the PurgeIE features and interface design are subject to change in
  15. future Versions.

  17. COPYRIGHT.  All copyrights to PurgeIE are exclusively owned by
  18. Assistance and Resources for Computing, Inc., or its suppliers.
  19. All Rights are, hereby, Reserved.
  20.  
  21. DISTRIBUTION.  The original unmodified TrialWare version may be freely
  22. transferred to other parties except that this is not allowed to be done
  23. for profit.

  25. GRANT OF LICENSE.  Upon receipt of the required Licensing fee by
  26. Assistance and Resources for Computing, Inc., the product is considered
  27. to be Licensed and Registered.  Once Registered, a single copy of
  28. PurgeIE may either be used by a single person who uses the software
  29. personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single
  30. workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
  31. Site Licenses are available.  This license is not transferable.

  33. You may access the Registered version of PurgeIE through a network,
  34. provided that you have obtained individual Licenses for the software
  35. covering all workstations that will access the software through the
  36. network regardless of whether they use PurgeIE at different times or
  37. concurrently.

  39. GOVERNING LAW.  This License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of
  40. the State of Tennessee.

  42. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.  This software and the accompanying files is
  43. distributed "as is" and without Warranties as to performance of
  44. merchantability or any other Warranties whether expressed or implied.
  45. No Warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is offered.

  47. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  Neither Assistance and
  48. Resources for Computing, Inc., nor any of it's owners, employees or
  49. suppliers will be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any
  50. other kind of loss while using or misusing this software.  The user
  51. assumes the entire risk of using the program.  Any liability of the
  52. seller will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund of
  53. purchase price.

  55. TERMINATION.  If you do not agree with the terms of this License or
  56. fail to comply with the terms of this License, the License is
  57. automatically and immediately terminated.  You then must immediately
  58. cease use of the product and remove the PurgeIE file(s) from your
  59. system's storage devices.
