  14. The cost of a site license is currently 110 EUR (details see Order.txt).
  15. This license permits development using MiTeC System Information Component by any
  16. number of persons at your place of work.
  17. You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to reproduce and
  18. redistribute executable files created using the Software (the "Executable
  19. Code") in conjunction with software products that you develop and/or market
  20. (the "Applications").
  21. The registered version with source code allows the user to produce any changes
  22. in the source code for personal use without agreement with the author.
  23. After registering you will get any further version of MiTeC System Information
  24. Component with sources for free.
  25.  
  26. You may NOT:
  27. - rent or lease the Software.
  28. - sell any portion of the Software on its own, without integrating it into
  29. your Applications as Executable Code.

  31. THE AUTHOR DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE WILL
  32. MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE
  33. UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.
  34. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR, OR ANY OTHER PARTY WHO MAY HAVE DISTRIBUTED THE
  35. SOFTWARE, BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
