  7.       The DEDUCTUS is distributed as try-before-you-buy.

  9.       This means:

  11.    1. All   copyrights   to   DEDUCTUS  are   exclusively  owned  by
  12.       the author Andrej Olejnik.
  13.  
  14.    2. Anyone may  use this software during a test period of 30 days.
  15.       Following this  test  period  of  30 days or less, if you wish
  16.       to continue to use DEDUCTUS, you MUST register.
  17.  
  18.    3. Once   registered,    the   user   is  granted a non-exclusive
  19.       license  to   use  DEDUCTUS  on  one  computer  (i.e. a single
  20.       CPU),  for  any  legal  purpose,   at  a time.  The registered
  21.       DEDUCTUS  software may not be rented  or  leased,   but
  22.       may  be  permanently  transferred, if the person receiving  it
  23.       agrees   to   terms  of  this  license.  If the software is an
  24.       update,   the    transfer    must   include   the  update  and
  25.       all previous versions.

  27.    4. The  DEDUCTUS     unregistered   trial    version,   may    be
  28.       freely  distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the
  29.       distribution package is not modified. No person or company may
  30.       charge   a   fee   for   the  distribution of DEDUCTUS without
  31.       written permission from  the  copyright  holder.  The DEDUCTUS
  32.       unregistered    trial   version    may    not    be    bundled
  33.       or   distributed   with  any  other  package  without  written
  34.       permission of the copyright holder.

  36.    5. To   register   you   must  register online, with registration
  37.       fee, to one of the authorized registration sites.

  39.    6. DEDUCTUS   IS    DISTRIBUTED   "AS IS".
  40.       NO  WARRANTY   OF    ANY   KIND   IS   EXPRESSED  OR
  41.       IMPLIED.   YOU  USE  AT  YOUR OWN RISK.  THE  AUTHOR
  42.       WILL  NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS  OF
  43.       PROFITS  OR  ANY  OTHER  KIND  OF  LOSS  WHILE USING
  44.       OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  47.       modify,  decompile,  disassemble,  otherwise reverse engineer,

  51.       automatic   termination   of   this  license  and  may  result
  52.       in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  56.    8. Installing    and    using   DEDUCTUS   signifies   acceptance

  60.       remove   DEDUCTUS   files   from   your  storage  devices  and
  61.       cease to use the product.
