  2.     Audio Playback Recorder: the License

  5.     The Audio Playback Recorder is shareware.
  6.     This means:

  8.   - All copyrights to Audio Playback Recorder are exclusively owned
  9.     by the owner.
  10.  
  11.   - Anyone may use this software without time limitation. But there
  12.     is a limitation of only 60 seconds can recorded every time. 
  13.     if you wish to use Audio Playback Recorder without any limitation,
  14.     you MUST register.
  15.  
  16.   - Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to 
  17.     use Audio Playback Recorder on one computer (i.e. a single CPU), 
  18.     for any legal purpose,at a time.The registered Audio Playback 
  19.     Recorder may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently 
  20.     transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this 
  21.     license.  If the software is an update, the transfer must include 
  22.     the update and all previous versions.

  24.   - The Audio Playback Recorder unregistered shareware version may be 
  25.     freely  distributed, provided the  distribution  package  is  not 
  26.     modified.No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution
  27.     of Audio Playback Recorder without written  permission  from  the 
  28.     copyright holder.

  30.   - Audio Playback Recorder IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF 
  31.     ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU  USE  AT  YOUR OWN RISK.
  32.     HE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF 
  33.     PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING
