  1. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

  4. The following is a legal software license agreement between you, 
  5. the LICENSEE, and BlazeVideo, setting forth how you can use BlazeVideo's 
  6. BlazeDVD computer software, documentation and other associated
  7. media ("THE SOFTWARE").  You acknowledge that you agree to its terms 
  8. by downloading, installing, and/or using THE SOFTWARE.  Carefully read
  9. this license agreement before using the product.

  11. Grant of License:

  13. This product is licensed as a SHAREWARE computer software program. 
  14. This license permits you to install one copy of the software included
  15. in this package on a single computer only. You may evaluate this 
  16. product. You are permitted to make one(1) back-up copy of the 
  17. registered software for your personal protection.

  19. Ownership:
  20. ----------
  21. The software is owned by BlazeVideo and is protected by United States 
  22. copyright laws, international treaty provisions, and all other 
  23. applicable national laws. No program, code, part, image, text or 
  24. sound may be copied or used in any way by the user except as detailed
  25. in this license agreement.

  27. Redistribution: 
  28. ---------------
  29. You have permission to include and distribute the Shareware version 
  30. of the software in a commercial Shareware CDROM, download web site 
  31. or other collection, together with other software. If you include 
  32. it in any such package the following restrictions apply: 
  33.     (1) The distribution format is not to be modified in any way 
  34. from the original supplied by BlazeVideo. Specifically no files may be 
  35. altered, deleted or added to the distribution file(s); 
  36.     (2) The distribution must not include a registration number, 
  37. registration key, registry file, any knowledge or communication in 
  38. any way of how convert it to a registered version.  In particular, 
  39. you may not distribute a registered or licensed piece of software. 
  40. Only the unregistered version of the software may be redistributed; 
  41.     (3) No money can be charged to the person receiving the 
  42. software, beyond reasonable cost of packaging and other overhead; 
  43.     (4) You must notify BlazeVideo that you are redistributing the
  44. software.

  46. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:

  48. ALL PROGRAMS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY 
  49. KIND, EITHER IMPLIED OR EXPRESSED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED 
  50. TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR 
  51. A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, FUNCTIONALITY, OR DATA INTEGRITY, OR 
  52. PROTECTION. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE
  53. OF THE PROGRAM IS WITH THE USER. SHOULD THE PROGRAM PROVE 
  54. DEFECTIVE, YOU, AND NOT BlazeVideo ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF
  55. ANY NECESSARY REPAIRS OR CORRECTIONS. BlazeVideo DOES NOT 
  56. WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED WITHIN ANY OF ITS 
  57. PROGRAMS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION
  58. OF ANY OF ITS PROGRAMS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.

  60. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

  62. IN NO EVENT WILL BlazeVideo BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING,
  63. BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF INFORMATION, BUSINESS 
  64. INTERRUPTIONS, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES 
  65. ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE (WHETHER
  66. OR NOT DUE TO ANY DEFECTS THEREIN) EVEN IF BlazeVideo HAS BEEN 
  67. ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM 
  68. BY ANY OTHER PARTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL BlazeVideo's LIABILITY 
  69. EVER EXCEED THE PRICE PAID FOR THE LICENSE TO USE THE 
  70. SOFTWARE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE CLAIM.

  74. Your use of any software produced by BlazeVideo is based only on your
  75. acknowledgement that you have read this Agreement, understand it, 
  76. and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.  You further 
  77. agree that it is the complete and exclusive statement of the 
  78. Agreement between you and BlazeVideo which supersedes all proposals 
  79. or prior agreements, oral or written, and all other communications
  80. between you and BlazeVideo relating to the subject matter of this
