  8. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before 
  9. using this software.  Your use of this software indicates your 
  10. acceptance of this license agreement and warranty in whole.

  12. EVALUATION LICENSE

  14. This software is provided 'as-is', without any express or implied
  15. warranty.  In no event shall the author be held liable for any damages
  16. arising from the use of this software. No warranty of fitness for a
  17. particular purpose is offered. Any liability of the seller will be
  18. limited exclusively to product replacement.

  20. The following license applies to the evaluation version of PocoMail.
  21. If you have purchased and registered PocoMail, please refer to 
  22. REGISTERED LICENSE section below.

  24. This is not free software.  Subject to the terms below, you are
  25. hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes
  26. without charge for a period of 45 days.  If you continue to use 
  27. this software you need to purchase the license.  Make your payments 
  28. on-line at http://www.pocomail.com/ - credit cards accepted.  Quantity
  29. discounts are available upon request.  As soon your payment
  30. is processed and approved you will be sent a valid registration
  31. code that will register your version of PocoMail.  You can also
  32. send in your payment by mail, please see the web site for details.

  34. Distribution

  36. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the original
  37. unmodified evaluation version archive of PocoMail as you wish.
  38. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  39. donations, for distributing the evaluation version of PocoMail. 
  40. You are also prohibited from distributing the software and/or 
  41. documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without 
  42. prior written permission from the author.

  44. Governing Law

  46. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of
  47. British Columbia, Canada.

  49. REGISTERED LICENSE

  58. uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed 
  59. on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people,

  63. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  64. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  65. through the network.  For instance, if 10 different workstations
  66. will access PocoMail on the network, each workstation must have its
  67. own PocoMail registered license, regardless of whether they use 
  68. PocoMail at different times or concurrently.
