  11.   confers no title or ownership in the SOFTWARE and should not be
  12.   construed as a sale of any right in the SOFTWARE.

  16.   THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. Balmsoft
  17.   DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES RELATING TO THIS SOFTWARE, WHETHER
  18.   EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED
  19.   WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
  20.   PURPOSE. NEITHER Balmsoft NOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED

  38.   disassemble the SOFTWARE in whole or in part.

  44.   You may distribute the unregistered version of software freely,
  45.   provided that all files are included and remain unmodified and
  46.   that no extra files have been added to the package.
  47.   You may use the unregistered version of the SOFTWARE  free of
  48.   charge for any purposes.

  50.   Registered version (with source codes):

  52.   Once you have registered, you will receive a personal registered
  53.   copy via email. This copy may not be copied or lend. You have
  54.   the non-exclusive right to use registered version of the
  55.   software only by a single person, on a single computer at a
  56.   time. YOU MAY use the components and classes from this unit in
  57.   any your (or your company's) FREEWARE/SHAREWARE or COMMERCIAL
  58.   application. YOU MAY derive your own components based on
  59.   components from this unit as you like, but ONLY with
  60.   UNREGISTERED version of the SOFTWARE and if someone else will
  61.   decide to use it they will have to register the SOFTWARE too.
  62.   YOU MAY NOT DISTRIBUTE REGISTERED VERSION OF THE SOFTWARE. IT
  63.   WILL BE VIOLATION OF INTERNATIONAL COPYRIGHT LAWS.

  65.   another, provided that the software is used only by a single
  66.   person, on a single computer at a time. In group projects where
  67.   multiple persons will use the software, you must purchase an
  68.   individual license for each member of the group. Use over a
  69.   "local area network" (within the same locale) is permitted
  70.   provided that the software is used only by a single person, on a
  71.   single computer at a time. Use over a "wide area network"
  72.   (outside the same locale) is strictly prohibited under any and
  73.   all circumstances.
