  1. ----------------------------[ SITE DECRYPT ]------------------------------
  2. Usage: site decrypt [filename] 
  3. By sending this command by Ftp client to RaidenFTPD, the server will
  4. decrypt the [filename] according to the current user's special signature
  5. value, in the other word the user can only decrypt the files which are
  6. encrypted by himself .

  8. Note: Works in current directory only, [filename] can not contain path.
  9.  
  10. E.g. site decrypted myfile.zip.encrypted

  12. Allowed to execute level : root,super,normal
