  2. Usage: site chpass [username] [password] 
  3. By sending this command by Ftp client to RaidenFTPD , the server will change
  4. and update the password for specified user.
  5.  
  6. Please note that the root level users can change anyone's password and the
  7. super or the normal level users can only change their own password.
  8.  
  9. ex: site chpass john mypassaa
  10.  
  11. Allowed to execute level : root,super,normal.
