  2. ROOT Usage: site adduser [username] [password] [groupname] 
  3. By sending this command by Ftp client to RaidenFTPD , the server will add the
  4. user to the user accounts , the default settings for this user will be
  5. ratio 1:4 , max login = 2 , and the level is guest , only root can add other
  6. group's user , and super can only add own group users.
  7.  
  8. SUPERUSER:  site adduser [username] [password]  also works,
  9.         the default group is the same as issuer's group
  10.
