  5. Since 11.11.2001, with addition of new original functionality and many
  6. new functions, project Super Panel has become a Alt Launch Band.
  7. Program Super Panel is not further supported
  8.  
  9. Alt Launch Band - multiband alternative to Windows Quick Launch
  10. ToolBar with sticky notes and other interesting features.

  12. With Alt Launch Band You can:
  13.  
  14. - quick launch programs through a multiband configurable toolbar:
  15.    - menu bar allow you to organize fast access to frequently used
  16.      applications, documents and folders;
  17.    - you can drag shortcuts into bands of Alt Launch Band from desktop,
  18.      from any folders in Windows explorer or from start menu, also
  19.      you can manually add them with right mouse click on band;
  20.    - you can customize how menu bands will look and work changing
  21.      many parameters: showing caption of shortcuts, autohiding,
  22.      blending (since Windows'2000), etc.;
  23.    - you can use 5 presets of bands, this allow you to limit access
  24.      to shortcuts for different people or for different modes of work;
  25.    - as a background of a toolbar you can use any picture or color;
  26. - browse your files or folders using original Alternative Browser
  27.   similar to Start menu, but with another principal of work:
  28.    - Alternative Browser creates shortcuts for all files in the
  29.      selected folder and puts them in separate popup;
  30.    - if you have a lot of necessary for you files in one folder,
  31.      Alternative Browser will be very convinient to access them;
  32.    - if a shortcut is a folder, you can set an option to easy
  33.      browse it using Alternative Browser;
  34. - remember important information by setting colorful "sticky"
  35.   notes on your desktop (you can make transparent stickes in
  36.   Windows'2000); 
  37. - organize phones and other contact information in the multilevel
  38.   phone book;
  39. - in addition to main functions you can use modules, written another
  40.   programmers (plugins).
