  6.    LICENSE FOR USE AND DISTRIBUTION

  8.       The Alt Launch Band is distributes as try-before-you-buy.
  9.       This means:

  11.    1. All copyrights to Alt Launch Band are exclusively owned
  12.       by NeSoft Inc.
  13.  
  14.    2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days.
  15.       If you wish to continue to use Alt Launch Band,
  16.       you MUST register.
  17.  
  18.    3. There are 2 basic types of licenses issued for Alt Launch Band,
  19.       these are:
  20.  
  21.       a.  A SINGLE COMPUTER USAGE LICENSE. The user purchases
  22.           one license to use the Alt Launch Band on one computer.
  23.  
  24.       b.  A MULTIPLE USAGE LICENSE. The user purchases a
  25.           number of usage licenses for use, by the purchaser,
  26.           the purchaser's employees or acredited agents, on the
  27.           same number of computers.
  28.  
  29.       Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license
  30.       to use Alt Launch Band on as many computers as defined by the
  31.       licensing terms above according to the number of licenses
  32.       purchased, for any legal purpose.
  33.       The registered Alt Launch Band software may not be rented or
  34.       leased, but may be permanently transferred, in it's entirety,
  35.       if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of this license.
  36.       If the software is an update, the transfer must include the
  37.       update and all previous versions.

  39.    4. The Alt Launch Band unregistered trial version, may be freely
  40.       distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the
  41.       distribution package is not modified. No person or company may
  42.       charge a fee for the distribution of Alt Launch Band without
  43.       written permission from the copyright holder. The Alt Launch Band
  44.       unregistered trial version may not be bundled or
  45.       distributed with any other package without written permission of
  46.       the copyright holder.

  48.    5. To register you must complete the registration form and send
  49.       it, with registration fee, to one of the authorized
  50.       registration sites, see order.txt.

  52.    6. Alt Launch Band IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".
  53.       NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
  54.       YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  55.       THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS,
  56.       DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF
  57.       LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  59.    7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  60.       decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  61.       licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
  62.       provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall
  63.       result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
  64.       may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  66.    8. Installing and using Alt Launch Band signifies acceptance of
  67.       these terms and conditions of the license.

  69.    9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must
  70.       remove Alt Launch Band files from your storage devices and
  71.       cease to use the product.
