  1. ò Software license agreement ò

  3. This user license agreement (the  "AGREEMENT")  is  an  agreement
  4. between you (individual or single entity)  and  Paurex,  for  the
  5. Paurex  software  (the  "SOFTWARE")  that  is  accompanying  this
  6. AGREEMENT.
  7.  
  8. The SOFTWARE is the  property  of  Paurex  and  is  protected  by
  9. copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The SOFTWARE
  10. is not sold, it is licensed.
  11.  
  12. ò Trial version ò
  13.  
  14. If you accepts the terms and conditions of  this  AGREEMENT,  you
  15. have certain rights and obligations as follow:
  16.  
  17. You may:
  18.  
  19. Install and use an unlimited number of copies the  TRIAL  VERSION
  20. for a period of 15 days.  Use one or more  copies  of  the  TRIAL
  21. VERSION for evaluation purpose only.  Copy and distribute  freely
  22. the TRIAL VERSION (see 'DISTRIBUTION').
  23.  
  24. You may not:
  25.  
  26. Sublicense, rent or lease the TRIAL VERSION or any portion of it.
  27. Decompile, disassemble, reverse  engineer  or  modify  the  TRIAL
  28. VERSION or any portion of it.  Use the TRIAL VERSION  after  your
  29. trial period of 15 days.
  30.  
  31. ò Distribution ò
  32.  
  33. You are hereby licensed to make  as  many  copies  of  the  TRIAL
  34. VERSION as you wish and distribute it to anyone provided that all
  35. files are intact.  You must distribute the install  form  of  the
  36. TRIAL VERSION (not the files resulting of an  installation).  You
  37. are not allowed to sell the TRIAL VERSION  (except  for  shipment
  38. and handling ±harges).

  40. ò Warranty disclaimer ò
  41.  
  42. The  SOFTWARE  is  supplied  "AS  IS".  Paurex   disclaims    all
  43. warranties, expressed or implied, including, without  limitation,
  44. the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose.
  45. The user must assume the entire risk of using the SOFTWARE.
  46.  
  47. ò Disclaimer of damages ò
  48.  
  49. Paurex assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential,
  50. which may result from the use of the SOFTWARE, even if Paurex has
  51. been advised of the possibility of such damages.
