SafeHouse 2.10.069 (Shareware)
===================================
This file contains late-breaking news and information about SafeHouse.
The latest version of SafeHouse can always be obtained from the
SafeHouse web site located at: http://www.pcdynamics.com/SafeHouse.
Shareware Notice
================
This is the free evaluation edition of SafeHouse. Although this
software will not expire and its features are nearly identical to the
retail version, there are several important differences that you should
be aware of. First, this trial version uses weak 40-bit encryption keys
in order to comply with U.S. export controls for unrestricted Internet
distribution. Second, some popular encryption algorithms have been
omitted. And finally, only a small subset of passwords are allowed.
When creating volumes or subsequently changing volume passwords, the
utility wizards for the Shareware version will accept only the following
case-sensitive passwords: safehouse, password, pass, one, two, three,
four, five, six and seven. The retail version allows you to choose your
own passwords or passphrases up to 255 characters.
Once you complete your evaluation, we strongly recommend that you
immediately upgrade to the full-strength retail version of SafeHouse to
ensure that your confidential files remain secure and protected.
