  3. 1.   This software license ("License") contains rights and 
  4. restrictions associated with use of the accompanying software 
  5. and documentation ("Software"). Please read the License carefully 
  6. before installing the Software.  By installing and/or using the 
  7. Software you agree to the terms and conditions of this License.

  9. 2.   This Software will run on any computer running Windows 95 or 
  10. higher (Including Win98, Me, 2000, XP, etc) and will work with 
  11. Internet Explorer 4.0 and higher.

  13. 3.   The Ultimate Popup Killer is distributed as "Freeware". 
  14. This means that there is no charge to use it. You may freely 
  15. distribute it to others "as is", and even include it as a free 
  16. bonus with other products you may sell or distribute, but you 
  17. may not charge a fee to others to use this software.

  19. 4.   When you install Ultimate Popup Killer, your Internet Explorer 
  20. home page will be set to http://www.SearchBy.net, our quick-loading, 
  21. multi-search home page. This is what keeps the Ultimate Popup Killer 
  22. free!

  24. 5.   No Modification allowed.  You may not modify the Ultimate Popup 
  25. Killer files or source code.

  27. 6.   Limitation of Liability. THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT 
  28. BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY LICENSEE OR ANY
