  1. Popup Annihilator Pro End-User License Agreement
  2. ----
  3.  
  4. This is a legal agreement between you, the users,
  5. and Solidlabs Technology. By installing or using this
  6. Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this
  7. agreement. If you do not agree to those terms, you may
  8. not use or install the Software.
  9.  
  10. The Popup Annihilator Pro is shareware. This means:
  11.  
  12.         1. All copyrights to Popup Annihilator Pro is exclusively
  13. owned by Solidlabs Technology.
  14.  
  15.         2. Anyone may use this software during a test period
  16. of 7 days. Following this test period of 7 days or less,
  17. if you wish to continue to use Popup Annihilator Pro, you MUST
  18. register.
  19.  
  20.         3. Once registered, the user is granted a
  21. non-exclusive license to use Popup Annihilator Pro on a single
  22. session of a single computer. If your computer is capable
  23. of running more than one simultaneous session, you may
  24. not use the Popup Annihilator Pro on more than one session at
  25. a time. You may delete the Popup Annihilator Pro from one
  26. computer and reinstall it on another, but you may not
  27. install the Popup Annihilator Pro on more than one computer
  28. at any given time.
  29.  
  30.         4. If you wish to install the Popup Annihilator Pro on
  31. more than one computer or use the Popup Annihilator Pro for
  32. more than one session on a particular computer, you may:
  33.  
  34.                 4.1. Purchase separate copies of the
  35. Software for each such computer or session.
  36.                 4.2. Contact Solidlabs Technology
  37. [ support@solidlabs.com ] for MULTIPLE/ CORPORATE/
  38. NATIONAL/ INTERNATIONAL/ RESALE USAGE licence purchasing.

  40.         5. The Popup Annihilator Pro unregistered trial
  41. version may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted
  42. below, provided the distribution package is not modified
  43. in any way.
  44.  
  45.                 5.1. No person or company may distribute
  46. separate parts of the package without written permission
  47. of the copyright owner.
  48.                 5.2. The Popup Annihilator Pro unregistered
  49. trial version may not be distributed inside of any other
  50. software package without written permission of the
  51. copyright owner.
  52.                 5.3. Hacks/crack, keys or key generators
  53. may not be included on the same distribution.
  54.  
  55.         6. To register you must complete the registration
  56. form and send it, with registration fee, to the authorized
  57. registration site.
  58.  
  59.         7. Popup Annihilator Pro archiver is distributed
  60. "as is".  No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied.
  61. You use at your own risk. Neither the author nor the agents
  62. of the author will be liable for data loss, damages, loss
  63. of profits or any other kind of loss while using or
  64. misusing this software.
  65.  
  66.         8. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent,
  67. lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise
  68. reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or
  69. any subset of the licensed program, except as provided
  70. for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall
  71. result in immediate and automatic termination of this
  72. license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  74.         Popup Annihilator Pro binary code can't be used or
  75. reverse engineered to re-create the Software algorithms,
  76. which are proprietary, without written permission of
  77. the Solidlabs Technology.
  78.  
  79.         Popup Annihilator Pro keyfiles may not be distributed,
  80. except as stated in item (5) above, outside of the area
  81. of legal control of the person or persons who purchased
  82. the original license, without written permission of the
  83. copyright holder.
  84.  
  85.         All rights not expressly granted here are reserved
  86. by Solidlabs Technology.
  87.  
  88.         10. Installing and using Popup Annihilator Pro
  89. signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions
  90. of the license.
  91.  
  92.         11. If you do not agree with the terms of this
  93. license you must remove Popup Annihilator Pro files from
  94. your storage devices and cease to use the Popup Annihilator Pro.
  95.  
  96. Thank you for using the original Popup Annihilator Pro.
