  21. GARtrip is a Win-PC database program for users of a
  22. Garmin GPS (Global Positioning System) receiver.
  23.  
  24. Garmin receivers are fully supported.
  25. The support of Magellan receivers is new to the program and not yet fully tested.
  26. Reports are welcome on info@gartrip.de

  28. This program requires Windows 95 or higher. For Windows 3.1 there is another
  29. 16 bit program (version 116) available, without the scanned maps feature, 
  30. without support of new receiver models like eTrex, 
  31. and some others.

  35. The functionality of GARtrip is described in detail in the
  36. help file GARTRIP.HLP. This is context sensitive help. Just click
  37. on a program item within gartrip, then press the F1 key.

  56. File save is limited to 30 waypoints and one route and 500 track points. 
  57. For unlimited save, a paid registration is needed.

  61. You are not allowed to give it to any other person. 
  62. You, and only you, are allowed to use the registered program

  89. 40, 45, 38, 35, 89, 90, Street Pilot, Emap, eTrex, 76, and most others,

  95. Installation:

  97. You have already unpacked the file 
  98. G_204C.ZIP.

  100. Thus you got the following files. Please move them to
  101. an intermediate empty directory, e.g. C:\GARTRIP_install. 
  102. Do not use the final gartrip directory.
  103.  
  104. In case of CD ROM delivery, you don't need to move these files.

  114. In case you want to install the program on another computer you may
  115. copy all the files to diskettes. No one is too big.

  117. Run the program SETUP.EXE to install GARtrip.
  118. After installation you may delete this intermediate directory.

  129. In case you want to remove the program after installing it, use the
  130. Windows System Control / Software to uninstall.
