"Anvil Studio Program 1.00"
5,3
This sample program copies all incoming MIDI Keyboard events to a Note Converter tool.
The Note Converter tool's properties tell it to transpose each note up one octave,
and to increase the note's volume. The converted note is then sent to a Sound Module tool
whose properties say to send it to all synthesizers.
The program also has a Random Note tool that generates random notes. Its properties are set to:
o generate a new note every 250 milliseconds,
o in the range from 36 to 90
It sends those notes to another Sound Module tool whose properties are set to send the notes to
channel 10 (the Drum channel for most sound cards) of all synthesizers.
Try running the program and playing along with it. It can be more fun than playing to a metronome.
