  6. Please, read the following agreement carefully before using this software. 
  7. If you disagree with any of the following, you are not allowed to use this 
  8. program. In this case you MUST uninstall it immediately!

  10. Licensed version

  12. One licensed version copy of Mr. Captor must be purchased per concurrent 
  13. user. The registered version may be installed on as many computers as 
  14. desired, as long as the ONLY user works with each copy. (For example, one 
  15. installation at home and one at the office used by the same person).

  17. Disclaimer of Warranty

  19. We try to keep our software as bug-free as possible. But we can't guarantee 
  20. that this software will work properly in every environment, on any Windows 
  21. compatible computer, because there are no errors-free programs!
  22. Please, test this program before you register. Should you detect errors before 
  23. registration, you accept them if you register. Any description of bugs will be 
  24. accepted, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to correct them.

  26. Evaluation License

  28. Mr. Captor is a shareware program.
  29. You are limited to 30 days of use for an unregistered version. If you find it 
  30. useful and continue to use it you are obligated to buy and register it. After 
  31. 15 days of using, unregistered copy of Mr. Captor adds the 
  32. 'Mr. Captor evaluation copy' label to each captured image.

  34. Upgrade Policy

  36. All registered users of Mr. Captor are guaranteed all future product revisions, 
  37. will be provided free of charge for a minimum of one year after the date of 
  38. purchase. If for some reason your authorization code does not work with the 
  39. latest release and you registered within 1 year you will be issued a new 
  40. authorization code free of charge.
