  7. Tweaker 2001 is a freeware program that can "tweak" many Windows settings that you just
  8. can't find anywhere else in Windows. Tweaker has over 50 Windows and Windows NT settings
  9. you can change.

  11. For example, with Tweaker you can:

  13.  + Make it so you can view contents of windows while you drag them
  14.  + Make your Windows 98/NT Start Menu split into columns if there are too many things for
  15. one row instead of scrolling (also works under Win 95 + IE Desktop Update)
  16.  + Change several system icons!
  17.  + Change your wallpaper's position to virtually anywhere.
  18.  + Restrict access to areas like certain Control Panel icons, or remove items from the Start
  19. menu.
  20.  + Position your desktop wallpaper anywhere!
  21.  + Much more!

  25.  + A new interface, including a menu bar, new icons on most tabs, a new icon, a new splash
  26. screen (and "About" dialog), and more
