  3. You're now about to install new release of UniView - 1.72. You'd like
  4. to know what's new?
  5.     1. Slideshow function
  6.     2. Zooming
  7.     3. ILBM/IFF reading
  8.     4. Enhanced BMP writing
  9.     5. RAW support improved
  10.     6. SCR (ZX Spectrum screen dump) reading fixed
  11.     7. Contrast function
  12.     8. Completely new image quantizing function
  13.     8. Lots of minor bugfixes

  15. OTHER INFO's:
  16. UniView uses few shared libraries, which must be installed on your
  17. system if UniView should work. First, it's MS COMCTRL library - you'd
  18. need version 4.71 or later. These files are distributed with eg. IE 4.0,
  19. Office, W98+ etc. If you don't have it, here's download site...

  21. If you want to see help file, you should have HTMLHelp 1.1 or later,
  22. you can download it from...

  24. That should be enought to run UniView on your computer.

  26. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
  27. 80486 processor, 8MB RAM (it should run, but I didn't test it),
  28. about 0.7 MB on HDD, 16-bit color monitor&graphics card is desired,
  29. but UniView will run also in 16 colors (but it'll be very ugly!). If
  30. you want to play movies or sound files, sound card is also required.
