  233.       1.3) a na äpomocô si vzali i nejnov∞jÜφ BIOSy. A k Φemu ₧e doÜli? Pokud
  234.       zßkladnφ desku Abit KT7A revize 1.0 osadili nov²m Athlonem XP, poΦφtaΦ
  235.       prost∞ a jednoduÜe nepracoval (neprob∞hl ani POST test). Pokusili se tedy
  236.       upgradovat BIOS verzφ urΦenou pro desky s revizφ 1.3 (ty pracujφ s nov²m
  237.       procesorem AMD bez problΘm∙), leΦ situace se opakovala û ₧ßdnß odezva
  238.       systΘmu. Aby bylo hledßnφ problΘmu jednoduÜÜφ, rozhodli se kolegovΘ s Xbit
  239.       Labs kontaktovat technickou podporu zßkladnφch desek Abit. Na
  240.       nßsledujφcφch °ßdcφch si m∙₧ete p°eΦφst odpov∞∩ v originßle.<BR><BR><I>"We
  241.       do understand that the owners of KT7A/KT7A-RAID (1.0, 1.1, 1.2) are a bit
  242.       upset with the incompatibility of their mainboards with Athlon XP
  243.       processor. We launched these mainboard revisions before AMD provided us
  244.       the official specifications of the Athlon XP CPU launched on October 9. To
  245.       tell the truth, we started producing revision 1.2 in May. So, we turned
  246.       out unable to guarantee that the older mainboard revisions would support
  247.       Athlon XP. Unfortunately, this is hardware problem and it cannot be
  248.       eliminated via BIOS update. However, KT7A rev. 1.3 and our new KG7
  249.       mainboard are fully compatible with Athlon XP. By the way, there is a new
  250.       BIOS for these boards available on our site for download. Moreover, all
  251.       the revisions of KT7A support AMD Duron (Morgan)

  257.       m∞ly nov² Athlon oficißln∞ podporovat a dokonce modely s Φipovou sadou AMD
  258.       760 (vΦetn∞ desek od ABITu) ho po upgradu BIOSu podporujφ takΘ!!! Celß
  259.       kauza je smutnß i z toho d∙vodu, ₧e mnoho u₧ivatel∙ si zßkladnφ desku s
  260.       Φipovou sadou VIA KT133A po°izovalo s v²hledem na pozd∞jÜφ upgrade
