  4. ``Open source software'' describes a category of software licenses,
  5. almost <em> but not quite </em> the same as ``free software.''  The
  6. people who decide the meaning of ``open source software'' have
  7. accepted a license which has unacceptable restrictions: the <A
  8. HREF="/philosophy/apsl.html"> Apple APSL </A>.
