  4.                                      LICENSE

  6.   The IF2000 Pro is SHAREWARE. This means:
  7.  
  8. 1.  All copyrights to IF2000 Pro are exclusively owned by ANNA Ltd.
  9.  
  10. 2.  This is a SHAREWARE version of IF2000 Pro, hereafter referred to as 'the 
  11.     Software', and you are hereby granted a non-exclusive license to use the
  12.     Software. If you have obtained the software free of charge your are not 
  13.     entitled to support of any kind.
  14.  
  15. 3.  Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days. Following
  16.     this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to continue to use 
  17.     IF2000 Pro, you MUST register.
  18.  
  19. 4.  ANNA Ltd.  assumes  no  liability  and is not responsible for any misuse
  20.     or damage caused by our software product. It's final user's responsibility
  21.     to obey all applicable local, state, federal and countries laws.
  22.  
  23. 5.  Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use 
  24.     IF2000 Pro on one computer (i.e. a single CPU), for any legal purpose, 
  25.     at a time. The registered IF2000 Pro software may not be rented or 
  26.     leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it 
  27.     agrees to terms of this license. If the software is an update, the 
  28.     transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

  30. 6.  The IF2000 Pro unregistered SHAREWARE version, may be freely distributed,
  31.     provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company
  32.     may charge a fee for the distribution of IF2000 Pro without written 
  33.     permission from the copyright holder.

  35. 7.  The software IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". You may not use, copy, emulate,
  36.     clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise
  37.     reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, make available either
  38.     intentionally or otherwise your registration details to other persons, use
  39.     the software contrary to acceptable use policies, or any subset of the
  40.     licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such
  41.     unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of
  42.     this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. All
  43.     rights not expressly granted here are reserved by ANNA Ltd., Zaporozhye,
  44.     Ukraine.

  46. 8.  Installing and using IF2000 Pro signifies acceptance of these terms 
  47.     and conditions of the license.

  49. 9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove 
  50.     IF2000 Pro files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

  52. 10. The license will terminate automatically and the software unregistered if
  53.     you fail to comply with any of the above terms and conditions. The license
  54.     may be terminated by either party at any time and without notice.
