  4.                                LICENSE

  6.   The IF2000 Pro is SHAREWARE. This means:
  7.  
  8. 1.  All copyrights to IF2000 Pro are exclusively owned by ANNA  Ltd.
  9.  
  10. 2.  This is a SHAREWARE version of IF2000 Pro, hereafter referred  to
  11.     as  'the Software',  and  you are hereby granted a  non-exclusive
  12.     license to use the Software. If  you  have  obtained the software
  13.     free of charge your are not entitled to support of any kind.
  14.  
  15. 3.  Anyone  may  use this  software  during a test period of 30 days.
  16.     Following  this   test   period  of  30 days or less, if you wish
  17.     to continue to use IF2000 Pro, you MUST register.
  18.  
  19. 4.  ANNA Ltd.  assumes  no  liability  and is not responsible for any
  20.     misuse  or  damage  caused  by  our  software product. It's final
  21.     user's   responsibility  to  obey  all  applicable  local, state,
  22.     federal and countries laws.
  23.  
  24. 5.  Once  registered,  the user is granted a non-exclusive license to
  25.     use IF2000 Pro on one computer (i.e. a single CPU), for any legal
  26.     purpose, at a time. The registered IF2000 Pro software may not be
  27.     rented  or leased, but  may  be  permanently  transferred, if the
  28.     person  receiving  it  agrees  to  terms  of this license. If the
  29.     software  is   an  update, the  transfer  must include the update
  30.     and all previous versions.

  32. 6.  The  IF2000 Pro  unregistered  SHAREWARE version, may  be  freely
  33.     distributed, provided the distribution  package is  not modified.
  34.     No  person  or  company  may charge a fee for the distribution of
  35.     IF2000 Pro without written permission from the copyright holder.

  37. 7.  The  software  IS  DISTRIBUTED  "AS  IS".  You may not use, copy,
  38.     emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,disassemble,
  39.     otherwise  reverse engineer, or transfer  the  licensed  program,
  40.     make   available    either   intentionally   or   otherwise  your
  41.     registration  details to other persons, use the software contrary
  42.     to  acceptable  use  policies,  or  any  subset  of  the licensed
  43.     program,  except  as  provided  for  in this  agreement. Any such
  44.     unauthorized  use  shall  result  in  immediate   and   automatic
  45.     termination  of  this  license and may result in  criminal and/or
  46.     civil  prosecution.  All  rights  not  expressly granted here are
  47.     reserved by ANNA Ltd., Zaporozhye, Ukraine.

  49. 8.  Installing and using   IF2000 Pro  signifies acceptance  of these
  50.     terms and conditions of the license.

  52. 9. If  you  do  not  agree  with the terms of this license you  must
  53.     remove IF2000 Pro files from your storage  devices  and  cease to
  54.     use the product.
  55.  
  56. 10. The  license  will  terminate  automatically  and   the  software
  57.     unregistered if you fail  to  comply with any  of the above terms
  58.     and  conditions. The  license  may be terminated  by either party
  59.     at any time and without notice.
