  1. Program MVE (Modular visualisation environment) version 1.0

  3. Welcome to brand new program for 32-bits operating systems: Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT 4.0.

  5. System requirements:
  6.  
  7. For the computer with Windows 95/98:
  8. PC 486, 16 MB RAM, 40 MB of free hard disk space
  9.  
  10. For the computer with Windows NT 4.0:
  11. PC 486, 24 MB RAM, 40 MB of free hard disk space, Service Pack 3 and higher installed
  12.  
  13. For all configurations we recommend hardware accelerated graphic adapter with OpenGL support.
  14.  
  15. (The program itself requires about 10 MB of disk space for its installation;
  16. the rest is reserved for optional data files.)

  19. Installation:
  20.  
  21. For MVE installation run Autorun.exe, which is placed in root directory of this CD, and follow installation instructions.
  22. In case of instalation failure just copy MVE directory to your harddrive.
  23.  
  24. With the first execution of the MVE_Editor the .mve extension (MVE schemes) will be registered and associated with the MVE_Editor.

  27. Uninstallation:

  29. a) Run "Add/Remove Programs" from your Control Panel. Select Modular Visualisation Environment and click Add/Remove..

  31. b) Run Uninstall.exe from your MVE directory or MVE program group.

  34. Usage:

  36. You will run MVE by executing the MVE_Editor program.

  39. Note:

  41. The example schemes are in the "schemes" directory. Some of the modules (espec. 
  42. loaders) require to be set up before the execution. The data files are located 
  43. in the "data" directory.
