  1. Grabber2k is freeware, but for non-commercial use only.

  3. All copyrights to Grabber2k Lite are exclusively owned 
  4. by Rad2k Systems. Anyone may use this software during a 
  5. test period of 30 days. Following this test period of 
  6. 30 days, if you wish to continue to use Grabber2k Lite,
  7. you must register.

  9. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive 
  10. license to use Grabber2k Lite on one computer, 
  11. (i.e. a single CPU) at a time, for any legal purpose. 
  12. The registered Grabber2k Lite software may not be 
  13. rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, 
  14. if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of this 
  15. license. If the software is an update, the transfer 
  16. must include the update and all previous versions.

  18. The Grabber2k Lite unregistered version may be freely 
  19. distributed, provided the distribution package is not 
  20. modified. No person or company may charge a fee for 
  21. the distribution of Grabber2k Lite without written 
  22. permission from the copyright holder.

  24. Grabber2k Lite is for personal, non-commercial use
  25. only. Commercial users wishing to use Grabber2k must 
  26. purchase the professional edition of Grabber2k.

  28. GRABBER2K IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY 
  29. KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THIS SOFTWARE
