  44. identified above, which includes computer software and may
  45. include associated media, printed materials, and "online"
  46. or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
  47. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
  48. you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not
  49. agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the

  75. Separation of Components.
  76. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component
  77. parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.

  80. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA,
  81. provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.

  83. Termination.
  84. Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software
  85. may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and
  86. conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies
  87. of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

  90. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be sold or be included in a product or
  91. package which intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of
  92. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be included in any

  96. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  97. (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations,
  98. video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the

  100. copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by the Author of this
  101. Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws
  102. and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat
  103. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material except
  104. that you may install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer
  105. provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival
  106. purposes.

  116. purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use
  117. or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.

  119. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
  120. In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any
  121. damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for
  122. loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
  123. information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use
  124. of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this
  125. Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
