  6. The Slot Cars Demo was designed, developed and produced
  7. by Phil Mattison. The software is licensed to you for your 
  8. own individual use only. You may make a single copy of 
  9. the Slot Cars Demo software for archive purposes only. This 
  10. software is protected by U.S. and international copyright 
  11. law and cannot be copied or otherwise made available to 
  12. more than one person at the same time, without violating 
  13. the law. Phil Mattison reserves all rights not specifically 
  14. granted in this document.

  16. Other Limits on Your Use

  18. Except as specifically described in this license, you may
  19. not transfer, rent, lease, lend, copy, modify, translate,
  20. sublicense, time-share, or electronically transmit or
  21. receive the Slot Cars Demo. You may reproduce and distribute 
  22. the software without charge, so long as you acknowledge 
  23. the copyright and ownership of Phil Mattison. You may not
  24. sell or otherwise charge a fee for the software in any form.

  26. You acknowledge that this software remains a confidential trade 
  27. secret of Phil Mattison and therefore you agree not to modify 
  28. the Software or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, 
  29. or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent 
  30. that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law 
  31. notwithstanding this limitation.

  35. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PHIL MATTISON
  36. DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR 
  37. IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF  
  38. MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND 
  39. NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE, AND THE PROVISION 
  40. OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY 
  41. GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHERS, WHICH VARY 
  42. FROM STATE/JURISDICTION TO STATE/JURISDICTION.

  46. Phil Mattison disclaims any liability for damages arising from
  47. the use of this product or any other damages, including
  48. (though not limited to) lost profits or data, special,
  49. incidental, consequential or other damages or claims, even
  50. if Phil Mattison has been specifically advised of the
  51. possibility of such damages or claims. Regardless of the
  52. form of the damage or claim, the only liability Phil Mattison
  53. will have to you or any other person will be limited to the
  54. amount actually paid for your product of which the
  55. software is a part. Because some states and jurisdictions
  56. do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, the
  57. above limitation may not apply to you.

  59. Miscellaneous

  61. This license and limited warranty can only be modified in
  62. writing signed by you and Phil Mattison. If any part or 
  63. provision is found to be unenforceable or void, the remainder 
  64. shall be valid and enforceable. If any remedy provided is
  65. determined to have failed of its essential purpose, all
  66. limitations of liability and exclusions of damages shall
  67. remain in effect.

  69. Use, duplication or disclosure of this software and
  70. documentation by the U.S. Government is subject to the
  71. restricted rights applicable to commercial computer
  72. software (under FAR 52.227-19 and DFARS 252.227-7013). Sale
  73. of this software is subject to the U.S. Commerce Department
  74. export restrictions. This software is intended for use in
  75. the country in which it is first sold (or the EEC if first
  76. sold in the EEC).

  79. the laws of Arizona, U.S.A. You have specific legal
  80. rights under this document, and may have other rights that
