GENERAL TERMS
This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Kaspersky Lab Ltd
(KL).
LICENSE. KL grants to you the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to
use enclosed copy of the software program AntiViral Toolkit Pro (AVP) on a
single computer. KL reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.
TERM. End-users are granted to use AVP for an year consecutive term.
term starts on the day you purchased AVP and ends one year from that date.
This License shall also be automatically terminated if you breach any of the
terms or conditions.
OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE. You can use the software but you do not become an
owner of AVP. Ownership and title of AVP at all times is retained by KL
for the original disk(s) and any subsequent copies irrespective of the
media or form in which they exist.
COPYRIGHT. AVP and any accompanying written materials are copyrighted by
KL. You must produce and include the copyright notice in all back up
copies of AVP. You may not sell, rent or lease AVP. You may not reverse
engineer, recompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from AVP.
ENTIRE LICENSE. This License sets forth the entire understanding between you
and Kaspersky Lab and may be amended only in a writing signed by both parties.
NO VENDOR, DISTRIBUTOR, DEALER, RETAILER, SALES PERSON OR OTHER PERSON IS
AUTHORIZED TO MODIFY THIS LICENSE OR TO MAKE ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR
PROMISE WHICH IS DIFFERENT THAN, OR IN ADDITION TO, THE REPRESENTATIONS OR
PROMISES OF THIS LICENSE.
LIMITED WARRANTY. KL disclaims any warranties concerning works of
this evaluation copy. KL does not warrant that the software is
error free, identifies all known viruses or may not occasionally report a
virus in a file not infected by that virus. No liability for consequential
damages. In no event shall KL or its suppliers be liable for
consequential, incidental or indirect damages of any kind arising out of
the performance or use of the AVP, even if KL has been advised of the
possibility of such damages.
